Customer Service Representative

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times 
  •  Responding promptly to customer inquiries.  
  • Communication with customers through various channels
  •  Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints

Quality Assurance Nurse

  • Ensures adherence to standards across all clinical departments by remaining up to date on relevant standards, conducting staff training in conjunction with clinical leadership, developing protocols and procedures as needed and performing chart reviews and audits 
  • Works with nurse managers across clinical departments to ensure regular clinical competency verification of nursing staff
  •  Conducts roots cause analyses for clinical adverse events and near miss events; develops actions plans to reduce risk of recurrence; follows the progress of these action plans

Medical Coder and Biller

  •  Reading and analyzing patient records
  • Obtaining referrals and pre-authorizations as required for procedures
  • Determining the correct codes for patient records
  • Checking eligibility and benefits verification for treatments, hospitalizations and procedures
  • Using codes to bill insurance providers  
  • Reviewing patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtaining any missing information
  • Interacting with physicians and assistants to ensure accuracy.  
  • Keeping track of patient data over multiple visits
  • Following up on unpaid claims within the standard billing cycle timeframe
  • Managing detailed, specifically-coded information 
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality and information security

Physical Therapist Auditor

  • Evaluate referrals for outpatient services, conferring with referral sources as needed to determine the client’s treatment needs.  
  • Provide comprehensive clinical assessments in response to initial referrals and maintains outpatient therapy caseload.  
  •  Review patient treatment records to assess whether the services that PT staff provided were fiscally responsible and medically necessary. 
  •  Conduct utilization review activities necessary to obtain authorizations for client services

Hiring Process

The company offers great career opportunities for both fresh and experienced candidates. We provide a challenging work environment, good benefits, and a career paths that helps the employees learn and grow. 

Luckwell operates from Monday to Sunday. The schedule depends on what position you get. We have morning shift that starts at 08:00AM, mid-shift that starts at 01:00PM, and graveyard shift that starts at 11:00PM PH Time. Normal working hours is 8 hours a day excluding the personal and lunch break. 

We have an HMO benefits package, Vacation and Sick leave benefits and 100% Paid training. Luckwell Solutions strives to keep our employees healthy – physically, emotionally, financially, or socially. Our benefits are being evaluated regularly.

Finding the right fit 

 Yes, we accept college undergraduates.  

Yes, we have many positions ranging from entry to supervisory levels. We post these positions onto our site once they are available. 

Most positions are full-time, but we do occasionally have part-time roles. 

Yes, we offer temporary work from home arrangement. 

Healthcare background is an advantage but not a requirement. 

The complete hiring process normally takes thirty (30) days. But for the hiring feedback upon receipt of your application is two (2) weeks. 

Due to pandemic and safety protocols, we conduct the hiring process virtually. Interviews from initial to final is being conducted using Microsoft Teams.
