Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description

A Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new leads. This individual will be a highly motivated, self starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Calling and Nurturing generated leads
  • Answering Inquiries
  • Generating new leads
  • Keeping leads engaged and updated
  • Handling of Email blasting
  • Creating Advertisements
  • Scoring of leads
  • Setting up of appointments
  • Validating and qualifying of leads

Skills and Experience

  • 1-2 year of experience in lead generation
  • Preferably experienced in cold calling
  • Great communication skills in both written and spoken
  • Possess excellent organizational skills, proactive approach and ability to collaborate across roles and disciplines
  • Ability to promote and maintain quality
  • Computer literate and knowledge in marketing platforms
  • Critical and analytical thinking skills
  • Knowledge on social media
